& travel writer
I'm a writer & editor
based in Bristol.
I write for lovely international, national and independent magazines and newspapers with a health, wellbeing and travel focus. From digital detoxing and wild swimming to healing hobbies and habit-building, I write to make sense of life's ups and downs; to explore thought-provoking new research; and to map out meaningful minibreaks.
Wherever I go, my trainers go with me, and my love for running has led to some muddy cross-country races and tough triathlons. I bake, cook, craft and read (a lot). I also write poems and lino-print my own greeting cards for Etsy and Instagram, @mycountryself.
